Mrs. Freeman 
1904-1999 

Funeral services for Mrs. Preshies Freeman, 95, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29, at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Big Sandy with the Rev. Dr. Linzey Booie officiating. 

Burial will be at Union Grove Cemetery under the direction of McCauley and Sons Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Freeman died Sunday, Aug. 22, in Tyler after a brief illness. 
She was born Jan. 4, 1904 in Upshur County to the late Jim Tom and Parlee Derrick. 

She is survived by a daughter, Glenda Shaw of Dallas; four sisters, Verdell Barnes of Big Sandy, Bessie Henry, Grace Spencer and Mattie Powell, all of Dallas; and two brothers, C.D. Derrick of California and Clemmie Derrick of Dallas.
