GILMER - Graveside services for Virdie Glasco, 89, of Gilmer, will be at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at Chilton Cemetery in Big Sandy, with Brother David 
Thornton officiating. Arrangements are by Croley Funeral Home of Gilmer. Mrs. 
Glasco died November 4, 2007, in Gilmer.

Born February 25, 1918, in Upshur County, she was a homemaker and member of New 
Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Charles Glenn, Billy E. 
Glenn, Joe Glenn, Kathy Walters, Claudean Mayberry and Wynema Barber; and sisters, 
Callie McMullin and Mavis Stanley. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the 
funeral home.
