Green, Valarie   	

DIANA - Funeral services for Valarie Green, 65, of Diana will be 10 a.m. 
Tuesday, July 3, 2007, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Diana, with Larry W. 
Osborne officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd 
Funeral Home in Diana. Mrs. Green passed away Friday, June 29, 2007.

Mrs. Green was born February 27, 1942, in Harrison County, to Claude and 
Alta Mae Jones. She was retired, a member of the Elks Club, and a Baptist.

Mrs. Green is survived by her husband, Joe Green of Diana; two daughters, 
Dava of El Paso and Cosette Myers of Abilene; two brothers, Wilbern Jones 
of Spurger, Texas, and Wayne Jones of Longview; two sisters, Sandy Pruitt 
of Ore City and Shirley of California; several grandchildren; and several 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jim Ward.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, July 2, 2007, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral 
Home in Diana.
