Grunden, Cory   	

GLADEWATER - Services for Cory Grunden, 22 years, of Gladewater, will be held at 2 p.m. 
Sunday, July 29, 2007, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with Phil Lairson officiating. 
Burial will be in West Mountain Cemetery.

Born October 14, 1984, in Longview, he died Wednesday, July 25, 2007.

A 2003 honors graduate of Gladewater High School, he attended Kilgore Junior College. He 
was employed at Lee Public Library and then worked for the Region VII Education Service 
Center. At the time of his death, he was systems administrator at Kilgore Junior College.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Blear.

He is survived by his wife, Amber Grunden of Gladewater; mother and stepfather, Kathy and 
David White of Gladewater; father and stepmother, Jerry and Fran Grunden of Standish, 
Maine; maternal grandmother, Bertha Blear of Gladewater; paternal grandparents, Gerald and 
Dorothy Grunden of Union Grove; mother and father-in-law, Julie and Darrell Hatton of 
Kilgore; stepbrothers, Alan White of Haughton, Louisiana, and David Bowling of Kansas City, 
Missouri; stepsisters, Melissa Bowling of Woodside, New York, and Christina Wittmer of 
Haughton, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hatton of Kilgore; and numerous uncles, aunts 
and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jason Blear, Nicholas Blear, Eric Blear, Kevin Mitchell, Brandon Blear, 
Michael Mitchell, Ben Talley and Ray Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers will be the IT Department of Kilgore Junior College.

If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Kilgore Junior College Scholarship 
Fund, ATTN: David Wiley, 1100 Broadway, Kilgore, TX 75662.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday evening, July 28, 2007, at Croley 
Funeral Home in Gladewater.
