GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY


GLADEWATER - Services for Bob Grigg, 85, of Gladewater, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2008, at the Quitman and Center Church of Christ, with Phil Lairson and Bob Grigg Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park.

Born March 8, 1923, in Lubbock, Texas, he entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 26, 2008.

He was a veteran, having served in the United States Coast Guard. He was also a retired minister.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Dee Grigg of Gladewater; two sons, Ted Grigg of Dallas and Bob Grigg Jr. of San Antonio; adopted daughter, Jean Marie Grigg of Colorado; adopted sons, Steve Arki of Dallas and Oliver Arki of Washington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Nora Hartwick of Wheeler and Wanda Ray of Georgetown.
