Obituary for Frances Leona Hudson

Services for Frances Leona Hudson, 95, of Gladewater will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater with Reverend Ray Evers officiating. Interment will follow at Gladewater Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home. Mrs. Hudson departed this life to be the Lord on Saturday, December 3, 2016 in Longview.

Mrs. Hudson was born October 2, 1921 in Atlanta, Texas to the late Joe and Lizar Harris. Leona was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother great grandmother and great great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all the family and friends she leaves behind.

Leona is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law William and Shirley Carnley, Billy and Pat Carnley and Henry and Belinda Carnley; sister Rosie Ross; 8 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren as well as many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, son Warren Carnley, Jr., sister Carrie Browning and brother Bud Harris.
