GLADEWATER -- Services for Betty Johnson, 60, of Arlington, 
formerly of Big Sandy, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 
2007, at Progressive Church in the Red Rock Community of 
Gladewater. Burial will be in Fonda Cemetery of Big Sandy. 
Arrangements are by Dearion & Davis Funeral Parlor. Ms. 
Johnson died January 11, 2007, at her residence. She was 
born December 11, 1946, in Big Sandy. Survivors include her 
children, Sidney Hawley, William Fredick Hawley, Adrian 
Johnson, Chris Johnson, Tomilka Hawley Minor, and Andrea 
Johnson Garland; and mother, Margaret Johnson. Visitation 
will be 1-3 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2007, at Armstrong AME 
Church in Arlington, and 10-11 a.m. Saturday, prior to 
services, at the church in the Red Rock Community.
