Donnie Joseph Johnson was born in Gilmer, Upshur Co.,Texas to the Charlie and Myrtie Dee Nation Johnson.
 
He died Nov. 6, 1954 in Dallas Parkland Children Hospital from Luekemia.
 
He is survived by his parents; sisters, Clarsie Dee, Charlene, Mary and Frances Ann; brothers, Freddie Lee, 
D.C. Johnson all of Upshur Co.
 
Burial was in Morris Cemetery, with arrangement from Black Funeral Home.
 
Friends served as pallbearers.
 
He will be missed by all of his family and friends.
