GILMER -- Services for Betty Jones, 66, of Gilmer, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, 
April 18, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with John Wheeler and Bryan Peck 
officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the 
direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Jones passed away Saturday, April 
15, 2006, at her residence. Mrs. Jones was born January 2, 1940, to Myers and Durene 
Poole. She was a realtor with Coldwell Banker Lenhart and a member of the Church of 
Christ. Mrs. Jones is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Terry Jones of 
Gilmer, and Perry and Angie Jones of Gilmer; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Ben 
Morris of Gilmer; brothers, Ronnie Poole of Gilmer, Mark Poole of Gilmer, and Timothy 
Poole of Hawkins; sister, Sylvia Alexander of Mount Pleasant; seven grandchildren; and 
one great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Seth Morris, Jarod Morris, Heath Jones, Matt 
Jones, Scott Poole and Joel Call. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 17, at 
Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Memorials may be made to Greater Hospice of East Texas, 
1905 West Loop 281, Suite 81, Longview, Texas 75601.
