Knight, Rita Askew   	
  	
GILMER - Graveside services for Rita Knight, 52, of Longview, will be 2 p.m. 
Friday, December 28, 2007, at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer, with Madison 
Caffey officiating. Ms. Knight died Tuesday, December 25, 2007, in Longview, 
Texas. 

She was born on March 25, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, to Charles Kenneth and 
Annie Faye Ashley Askew. Ms. Knight  was a courier with Fed-Ex before her 
retirement.  

She is survived by her father, Charles Askew of Longview; son, Bernie Cox 
of Gilmer; grandchild, Katie Elaine Cox of Gilmer; niece, Stacy Parker-
Williams; great-niece, Brittany Stanley; and great-great niece, Emma Claire 
Stanley, all of Longview. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, December 27, 2007, at the funeral home
