Graveside services for Charlene Cregler Kalliel, 74, of Gilmer will be held Saturday May 21, 2016 with the Reverend Forrest Curry of The Moses Chapel CME Church officiating at Sunset Memorial Park. 

The family will receive friends from 5- 7pm Friday May 20, 2016 at McWhorter Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Mrs. Kalliel was born January 24, 1942 in Gilmer to Charlie J. Cregler and Addie Mae Montgomery. She passed away peacefully Monday, May 16, 2016. 

Charlene worked for the Dallas Housing Authority for 25 years. 

Preceded in death by her parents, Husband; Ed Kalliel, Brother; Dean Cregler and Sisters; Maxine Roach, Mary Jo Moore, and Christene Jones. 

Charlene was survived by her sisters; Juanita Hatten of Gilmer, Ruth Hardy and husband Charles of Longview, Dorothy Preston of Gilmer, also Annie Hargest and husband Herman of Gilmer.
