GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY, TEXAS


Services for Helen Jeanette ‘Jan' Kimbley, 88, of Gladewater, will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2013, at 2 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church with Reverend Welton Jones officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park.

Born on February 9, 1925, in DeQueen, Arkansas, she entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 5, 2013. She was a homemaker and a Methodist.

She is survived by her husband, William Dale Kimbley of Gladewater; son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Carolyn Kimbley of Gladewater; two daughters and son-in-law, Cheryl and Mark Tsutsumi of Wainae, Hawaii; Sandy Searle of Gladewater; eight grandchildren, Jaime and Jay Council, Luke and Alisha Kimbley, Shannon and Richard Sisk, Tim and Christy Cavel, Allison and Zach Greenwood, Kimberly and Philip Dean, Ryan and Samantha Searle, and Casey and Lindsey Searle; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Karrie Phelan.

Pallbearers will be Casey Searle, Ryan Searle, Philip Dean, Luke Kimbley, Tim Cavel, and Jay Council.
