GILMER - Services for Robert Paul Long Sr., 65, of Gilmer, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, 
October 26, 2007, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel of Gilmer, with John Melvin Dodd 
officiating. Graveside services, with military rites, will be at 1 p.m. Monday, 
October 29, 2007, at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Mr. Long died 
October 22, 2007, in Gilmer.

Born August 4, 1942, in Hillsboro, W.Va., he was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors 
include his wife, Patricia Evans Long; sons, Timothy Long, Thomas Long and Erik 
Kjorsvik; daughter, Teresa Long; and brothers, Richard Long, Samuel Long and Ernest 
Long. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
