Graveside services for Joseph Ford Lucas, 83, of Gilmer will be held 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 11, 2015, at Perryville Cemetery in Upshur County with Cliff Ingersoll officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Mr. Lucas passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015, in Longview. He was born on January 7, 1932, in Wolfe City, Texas, to Pleas Andrew Lucas and Ruth Coney Lucas. Mr. Lucas was a production manager for Andritz Company and a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Lucas of Gilmer; sons, Joseph Ford Lucas Jr. and wife, Carole of White Oak, Robert Lucas and wife, Deena of Gilmer; brother, Calvin Lucas of Quinlan; sister, JoAnn Lucas; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
