Mahaffey, Elsie   	 

Services for Elsie Mahaffey, 77, of Big Sandy, will be at 11:30 a.m. 
today, June 14, 2007, at Welch Funeral Home Chapel at 4619 Judson Road. 
Burial will follow in Union Springs Cemetery of Converse, La. Mrs. 
Mahaffey died June 12, 2007, at a local medical center.

Born December 18, 1929, in Union Springs, La., she was a member of New 
Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Dale Mahaffey, Fred 
Mahaffey, Ronny Mahaffey and Rick Mahaffey; and brothers, Bobby Lum and 
Buster Lum.
