Maples, Lola Mae GLADEWATER -- Services for Lola Mae Maples, 85, of White Oak, will be held 2 p.m. Monday, December 18, 2006, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Dick Stagner and Brother Ernest Hodge officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park. Born April 7, 1921, in Gillhan, Arkansas, she entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 15, 2006. She was a homemaker and a Baptist, having taught Sunday school for many years. Mrs. Maples was preceded in death by her son, James Maples. She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Maples of White Oak; daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and Jerald Walker of White Oak; son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Anna Kay Maples of Ovilla, Texas; daughter-in-law, Pat Maples of San Saba, Texas; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Tim Thomas, James Donald Thomas, Tommy Walker, Michael Maples, Marc Maples, and Robbie Richards.
