Gilmer
Services for A B Mayfield, 69, of Gilmer will be at 10:30 a m 
Friday at Loyd Funeral Home with the Rev O D Oliver officiating. 
Burial will be at Cave Springs Cemetery.

Mr Mayfield died Wednesday at a Gilmer nursing home after a 
lengthy illness.

He was born in Upshur County Jan 17, 1905 and he was a retired 
farmer. He belonged to the Cave Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Betty McCoy of Gilmer, two brothers, 
John of Gilmer and Alton of Marshall; five grandchildren; and a 
great grandchild.
