McCain, Douglas R.

GILMER - Services for Douglas R. McCain, 71, of Ore City, will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Murry League Baptist Church, with the Rev. Reginald 
Bowser officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by 
Turmer Bros. Mortuary. Mr. McCain died July 17, 2007, in Longview.

Born December 8, 1935, in Ore City, he was a Baptist. Survivors include his sons, 
T.C. Carter and Luster Thomas; daughters, Paula Bowser, Sabrina Diane Durham and 
Sabrina Renee McCain; brothers, Lef Edward McCain, Elvin McCain Jr. and Willie 
Royce McCain; and sisters, Velma McCain Jones and Rosemary Taylor. Visitation 
will be from 3-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
