Moore, Carol A. Chase

Carol A. Chase Moore, 66, of Diana, formerly of Longview, passed away on Monday 
afternoon, July 9, 2007, at her residence.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.

She was born September 20, 1940, in Winthrop, Mass., to Carl and Ethel Chase. She 
was a C.N.A. and worked for Texas Home Health.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughter, Carla Moore of Diana; sons, James Moore 
and Kevin Moore; grandchildren, Fernando, Natalie and Carl Dominguez; and brothers, 
Carl Chase Jr. and Russell Chase.
