McCurry, Cloteal 
	
GILMER - Services for Cloteal McCurry, 91, of Gilmer, will be 
held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 28, 2008, at Croley Funeral 
Home Chapel in Gilmer, with Brother Kenneth Montgomery and 
Brother Clay Potter officiating. Burial will be in Mattinburg 
Cemetery of Upshur County.

Mrs. McCurry passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in 
Gilmer.

She was born January 8, 1917, in the Concord Community of Upshur 
County, to John and Ima Davis Wells. Mrs. McCurry was a homemaker, 
a member of Brumley Baptist Church and a lifetime resident of 
Upshur County.

Mrs. McCurry was preceded in death by her husband, Jim McCurry 
in 1983; brother, W.M. Wells; and sister, Loetta McCurry.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Ima and Loy 
Wilson of Deer Park, and Terry and Dennis Capps of Gilmer; five 
grandchildren, Shane Wilson, Asa Wilson and his wife, Michelle, 
Heath Wilson and his wife, Debbie, Brook Wilson and his wife, 
Lynn, and Alisha Capps; six great-grandchildren, Lauren Wilson, 
Johnathan Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Jenna Wilson, Aleisha Lansdale 
and Jennifer Lansdale; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host 
of friends.

The family would like thank her caregivers, Ms. Annie Hargest 
and Michelle Wilson, for the wonderful care given to our mother 
and grandmother.

Pallbearers will be Bill Puckett, Henry Davis, Steve Stewart, 
Steve Dickerson, Dickie Mauk and Neal McCurry.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. this evening, February 27, 
2008, at the funeral home.
