GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY


GLADEWATER - Services for Elwyn Wayne Mackey, 79, of Allen, formerly of Gladewater, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, with Bro. Laney Pearson officiating. Mr. Mackey died September 24, 2010. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park. 

Born June 27, 1931, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was retired from Firestone Chemical Plant in Orange. 

Survivors include his son, Mark Mackey; daughters, Karen Meek and Twanna Gross; and brother, Roy Mackey. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2010, at the funeral home.
