GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY


GLADEWATER - Funeral services for Mary Evelyne Morgan, 88, of Gladewater, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2009, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Laney Pearson and Bro. Steve Coe officiating. Interment will be in Gladewater Memorial Park. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Mrs. Morgan passed away Saturday, February 7, 2009, in Longview.

Mrs. Morgan was born January 18, 1921, in Vivian, Louisiana, to Brick and Erie Reneau. She was a homemaker, a member of the Assembly of God and had lived in Gladewater for 35 years.

Mrs. Morgan is survived by her daughters, Floye Gilbow of Hawaii, Patsy Morgan of Big Sandy, Charlene Fortenberry of Gladewater and Kathy Schreckengost of Gladewater; 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Juanitha Ophelia "Jo" Williams.

Honorary pallbearer will be Frank Gilbow.
