GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY


Mr. Leroy Neff, 90, born on November 20, 1923, in Medford, Oregon, he died on Tuesday, Janaury 28, 2014. He was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps. 

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Linda Neff of Denver, Colorado, and Donald and Josie Neff of San Jose, California; one daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Gary Hegar of Big Sandy; seven grandchildren, Larry Neff, Debbie Neff Magruder, Melissa Neff Lovell, Michael Kusheba, Jeffrey Kusheba, Stephanie Hegar, Justin Neff; and 8 great-grandchildren. 

Graveside services for Leroy Neff, 90, of Big Sandy, will be held at Gladewater Memorial Park with Mr. Jim Franks officiating.
