Newman Sr., Darrell Patman 

GLADEWATER -- Services for Darrell Patman Newman Sr., 72, of 
Big Sandy, will be 1 p.m. Sunday, September 10, 2006, at 
Croley Funeral Home Chapel of Gladewater, with Tina Taylor 
officiating. Burial will be in West Mountain Cemetery. Mr. 
Newman died September 7, 2006. Born July 31, 1934, in Titus 
County, he was a U.S. Army veteran and truck driver. Survivors 
include his daughter, Tina Taylor; son, Darrell Newman Jr.; 
brothers, Leon Newman, Paul Lee Newman, and David Newman; and 
sister, Melba Sue Woodall.
