Pace, Janice Ann 


GLADEWATER - Graveside services for Janice Ann Pace, 69, of Gladewater, will be 4 p.m. 
Monday, May 1, 2006, at Gladewater Memorial Park with the Rev. John Newsome officiating. 
Born October 3, 1936, she died on Saturday, April 29, 2006. She was a retired teacher, 
having taught in the Dallas Independent School District. She was a member of the First 
Baptist Church. She also was a member of the Gladewater Garden Club, the Daleth Study 
Club and the Gregg County Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by one sister, 
Betty Mansfield of Marshall; one niece and husband, Vicky and Ben Bright of Gladewater; 
one nephew and wife, Steve and Donna Mansfield of Troup; three great-nieces, Mary Lauren 
Bright, McKenzie Bright and Maggie Bright; and one great-nephew, Corey Bonner. If 
desired, memorials may be made to the Gladewater Former Students' Association, P.O. Box 
1425, Gladewater, Texas 75647, or The First United Methodist Church, Children's 
Department, P.O. Box 1167, Gladewater, Texas 75647. There is no formal visitation 
scheduled.
