GILMER - Graveside services for James W. Pool, 64, of Pearland, will be 
2 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2007, at Sunset Memorial Park, with Bro. 
Wayne McKay officiating. Arrangements are by Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in 
Gilmer. Mr. Pool died November 17, 2007, at a Longview nursing home.

Born November 12, 1943, in Houston, he was a retired respiratory 
therapist with Providence Hospital and a Baptist. Survivors include his 
son, Kevin Pool; daughter, Kristina Simons; brothers, Jack and Jerry Pool; 
and sisters, Anita Griffith and Carolyn Simmons. Visitation will be 5-7 
p.m. today, November 18, 2007, at the funeral home.
