GLADEWATER MEMORIAL PARK - UPSHUR COUNTY		

GILMER - Graveside services for Jerry Wayne Phillips, 67, of Gladewater, will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, with Larry W. Osborne officiating. 

Burial will follow in Gladewater Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Phillips died April 6, 2009, in Longview.

Mr. Phillips was born on May 21, 1941 in Kansas, Oklahoma. 

He was employed as a plant operator for Air Liquide America and he served in the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Lynne Phillips; sons, Jerry and Jason; daughters, Christine Webb, Ruth Wright, Crystal Tarrant and Christy Bauer; and brother, Tommy Phillips.
