Graveside Services for Jerry Don Poole, 63, of Big Sandy will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Upshur County with Reverend Jack Hetzel officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Mr. Poole passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, in Big Sandy. He was born on March 4, 1952, in Grand Saline to Richard Bruce Poole and Winona Morgan. Mr. Poole worked for Green Oil Company for 28 years and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Big Sandy.

He is survived by his sons, Garland Harroff and wife, Leslie of Big Sandy, Nathan Poole and wife, Jewel of Flint, William Poole of Big Sandy; daughter, Stephanie Hill of Big Sandy; numerous foster children; brothers, Barry Poole and wife, Marie of Big Sandy, Danny Poole and wife, Pam of Arlington, Bruce Poole; grandchildren, Lauren Hill, Allison Harroff, Morgan Harroff, Isabella Poole, Elisabeth Poole and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Poole is proceeded in death by his parents.
