Sanderlin, Brunetta Brunetta Sanderlin peacefully passed away on April 14, 2008, at the age of 101. She was born October 7, 1906, in Hughes Springs, to Effie Grace and Robert Edward Cloninger. Brunetta was the second of 10 children whom she helped raise. She married Clyde Pug Sanderlin on January 10, 1928, and they shared 53 happy years until his death in 1981. She and Pug grew flowers and vegetables in a greenhouse and shared their harvest with neighbors and friends. Brunetta loved animals and raised finches, poodles and cattle in Gilmer. In her later years, Brunetta resided in Longview and became affectionately known as "Ms. B." She was strong in her faith and an inspiration to her family. Brunetta was preceded in death by her only child, Gwen Sanderlin Allbright. She is survived by two sisters; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, April 18, 2008, at the Rader Funeral Home in Longview, with the Rev. David Reeder officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer.
