GILMER - Funeral services for Edward Lewis Thompson, 67, of Big Sandy, will be 9 a.m. Wednesday,
 February 13, 2008, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, with David Thornton officiating. Interment 
will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Thompson passed away Sunday, February 10, 2008, at his 
residence.

Mr. Thompson was born March 10, 1940, to William Lester and Willie Faye Thompson. He was a 
retired lab tech for Texas Eastman, a lifetime resident of Upshur County and a Baptist.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his wife, Glynda Thompson of Big Sandy; daughters, Tammy Parker of 
Big Sandy, Kelly Bonicelli of Kilgore and Kristy Thompson of Katy; brothers, Thomas Thompson 
and Bill Thompson; and two grandchildren, Timothy Thompson and Kayla Mooney.

Pallbearers will be Andy Parker, John Bonicelli, Bobby Thompson, Timothy Thompson, Y.A. "Tubby" 
Hill and Gary Miller.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
