Tipton, Andrew Chesley  
 	
GILMER -- Graveside services for Andrew Chesley Tipton, 85, of Big Sandy, 
will be 10 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2006, at Hoover Cemetery, with Dave 
Havir officiating. Arrangements are by Croley Funeral Home. Mr. Tipton 
died November 1, 2006, in Gladewater. Born January 17, 1921, in Moran, he 
was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during World War II, retired project 
superintendent for Mack Shaw Construction, and member of Big Sandy Church 
of God. Survivors include his sons, Tom Tipton and Dan Tipton; daughter, 
Joy Garbs; and brother, Tom Tipton.
