Waters, Noble Lewis 

GILMER -- Services for Noble Lewis Waters, 90, of Gilmer, will 
be 1 p.m. today, September 9, 2006, at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 
with Dr. A.L. Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Hill 
Cemetery. Arrangements are by Turner Bros. Mortuary. Ms. Waters 
was born July 23, 1916, in Gilmer, and she died September 4, 2006, 
in Gilmer. She was a lifelong Upshur County resident, devoted 
homemaker, and a Baptist.
