Whittle, Bernice Estelle

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Services for Bernice Estelle Whittle, 87, 
of Gilmer, will be at 2 p.m. today, March 8, 2007, at Bates-
Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Billy Turpin 
and the Rev. Ron Whittle officiating. Burial will be in 
Nevills Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Whittle died March 6, 2007, in 
Gilmer. Born September 22, 1919, in Mount Pleasant, she was 
a homemaker and member of Nevills Chapel Baptist Church. 
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Whittle, Larry Whittle, 
Randy Whittle and Ronnie Whittle; and daughters, Marquita 
Betts and Janice Young.
