Wilkinson, William H. "Bill" 


GLADEWATER -- Services for William H. "Bill" Wilkinson, 90, of Longview, will be 
held 2 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2006, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gladewater, 
with Larry W. Osborne officiating. Burial will be in West Mountain Cemetery. Born 
August 1, 1915, in Gary, Texas, he died Sunday, March 26, 2006. A veteran of the 
United States Army, he was a painter and a Baptist. He is survived by three sons, 
W.H. Wilkinson Jr. of Conroe, Weldon Ray Wilkinson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and 
Victor Paul Wilkinson of Shreveport, Louisiana; one step-son, Danny Brooks of 
Longview; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; 
three sisters, Artie Mae Strozier and Agnes Mitchell, both of Shreveport, Louisiana, 
and Nadine Johnson of Tampa, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family 
will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Thursday evening, March 30, 2006, at Croley Funeral 
Home in Gladewater.
