Services for Mrs. C.J. Williams, 59, of Longview, will be held at Welch Funeral Home 
Chapel, 4619 Judson Road, with Brother Mark Bounds officiating. Please call the funeral home for service times. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery near Diana. Mrs. Williams died Friday, May 12, 2006, at a local hospital. She was born May 10, 1947, in Crossville, Tennessee, to Dallas Leon and Wilma Grace Tucker Carr, and had been a Longview resident since 1979. Mrs. Williams was a certified nurses aide and a Baptist, loved to fish and camp and loved her dogs. She was preceded in death by her father, Dallas Leon Carr and brother, James Earl Carr. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Bryan Williams of Longview; mother, Wilma Lange of Hallsville; son, Tony Vicens of Lorain, Ohio; and brother, Ken Carr of Charlotte, N.C.
