Williams, Mark O'Keith 

GILMER -- Services for Mark O'Keith Williams, 38, of Gilmer, will be 2 p.m. today, September 17, 2006, at Cypress Street Church of Christ, with Brother Arthur Andrews, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Community Cemetery in Gilmer. Arrangements are by Turner Bros. Mortuary. Mr. Williams was born March 24, 1968, in Gladewater, and he died September 14, 2006, in Gilmer. He was a member of Church of Christ. Survivors include his mother, Bernell Lewis Williams; and sister, Betty Ann Spencer. Visitation will be 10-12 p.m. today, September 17, 2006, at the mortuary.
