Wilson, Laura Josephine "Sweetie" 

MARSHALL -- Services for Laura Josephine "Sweetie" Wilson, 88, 
of Jefferson, will be 10 a.m. today, August 26, 2006, at Walnut 
Creek Baptist Church in Diana, with the Rev. Mickey Davidson 
and the Rev. Perry Crisp officiating. Interment will follow in 
Walnut Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are by Downs Funeral Home. 
Mrs. Wilson died August 23, 2006, in Gilmer. Born April 21, 1918, 
in Boxwood, she worked in the antiques and grocery businesses and 
was an active member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church. Survivors 
include her husband, Wallace Wilson; son, Loy Wilson; and brother,
