GILMER -- Services for Arthur L. Webb will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, 
September 26, 2006, at Mount Gilead Baptist Church with the Rev. 
W.W. Cotton officiating. Burial will follow in Gilmer City 
Cemetery. Arrangements are by Stanmore Funeral Home. Survivors 
include her children, Tony and Diana; and mother, Annie.
