GILMER - Graveside services for Foy Gene Youngblood, 71, of 
Gilmer, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at Sunset 
Memorial Park in Gilmer, with Larry W. Osborne officiating. 
Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral 
Home in Gilmer.

Mr. Youngblood was born November 6, 1936, in Gilmer, to H.D. 
and Gladys Youngblood. He was retired from Lone Star Steel 
and a member of First Baptist Church in Gilmer.

Foy Gene is survived by a daughter, Donna Jean Varnado of 
Gilmer; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Cindy Youngblood 
of Pittsburg and Jay and Lisa Youngblood of Longview; 
grandchildren, Josh and Hollie Youngblood, Casey and Adam 
Varnado, and Spencer and Skylar Youngblood; brothers, H.D. 
Youngblood of Rowlett, Pa., and Steve Youngblood of Pittsburg; 
half-brothers, Thomas D. Youngblood, Jimmy Doyal Youngblood 
and Kenneth Youngblood, all of Gilmer; half-sister, Sue 
Youngblood Gipson of Gladewater; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, February 18, 2008, at 
Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer.
