Documentation: 1870 Upshur Co. Texas Census, Gilmer P.O., 1880 Camp Co. Texas Census, 
Precinct 1- Rural Pittsburg, Texas. In October 2005, we found the remainder of the Bailey/Browning
Cemetery, located west of Pittsburg, 2 1/4 miles on Co. Road 3042. These lands once belonged to 
Jesse Bailey and wife Margaret Sophia (Carlton)
who later married Ben Browning.
