Comments: Theodore and family cont. to live on the old Busby homestead after his parents death.  His mother sold him this part of the old place as he had quit school to help with the farm after his dad died at an early age, leaving Texie Ann with small children to raise.  Theodore farmed and even helped with his brother, Wm. Lee who was very ill and eventually died before 1910, leaving a wife and young son.
