Documentation:  This is Jacks 1st marriage. Marriage of Jack and Nettie
on file at Pittsburg Co. Courthouse, Pittsburg, TX, Jacks birthdate came
from my Grandparents 1910 Bible, Jesse and Myrtle KIDD. Death date for
Jack also came from my Grandparents Bible. Proof of Jacks parents came
from the 1860-70-Upshur Co. TX Census and 1880 Camp Co. Texas Census.
Family tradition says Jacks first wife died as a result of child birth or
shortly thereafter. Jack to Luman and went to Hunt Co. Texas to work and
met my Great Grandmother Mary Loretta WHITE. Luman KIDD's birth and death
information came from the Hobart Cem. Assoc. Hobart, OK-Co. seat of
Kiowa, Oklahoma. It is also said that Luman married 3 times but maybe 4.
Known wifes names were Mattie Thomason, Lona A. Golden, Lucy Bishop. All
of the marriages were in Texas. Lucy came to Oklahoma with Luman and they
lived at Hobart and are both buried in Hobart Cem, OK-Thanks!
