East Mountain - Services for Jessie Lee Adkins, 90, of Gilmer, will be 11 a.m. today at East Mountain Cemetery with the Revs. John Harp and Aubrey Pate officiating. Burial is under the direction of Croley Funeral Home.

Mrs Adkins died Saturday in a local nursing home. She was born Jan.9, 1906, in Judson. Mrs Adkins lived most of her life in Upshur County, and was a homemaker and a member of East Mountain Baptist church. She married Earl Hobson Adkins on Dec. 5, 1937.

She is preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 14, 1991. She is survived by her son, Donald Adkins of Eat Mountain; and a daughter, Earlene Wetherbee of East Mountain.
