ENOCH CEMETERY - UPSHUR COUNTY


Gilmer -- Services for Nell Ruth Ledbetter, 86, of Longview, will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015, at 2 P.M. at the Longview Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be in Enoch Cemetery under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Born on February 27, 1929, in the Enoch Community in Upshur County, Texas, to Joseph Clinton and Hattie Rose Pritchett Gilbert, she died on Monday, June 1, 2015. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her children, Debbie Muklewicz, Jane Landrum, Gerald Ledbetter; 6 grandchildren, Charles Glen Dawson, Blane Dawson, Jeremy Muklewicz, Jacob Muklewicz, Jared Ledbetter, and Andrew Ledbetter; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Weldon Gilbert and Benny Joe Gilbert; and 1 sister, Doyce Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Thomas Ledbetter; granddaughter, Tara Muklewicz Alexander; brothers and sisters, Loyce Anderson, Olene Schultz, Odell Gilbert, Neal Gilbert, Laverne Cannon, Betty Faye Conley, Jessie Jetton, Joyce Harris, and James Gilbert.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer.
