Memorial services for Mr. Stephen Shattles, 68, of Gilmer will be held 1:00 P. M., Saturday June, 6, 2015, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer. He passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015 in Gilmer.

Stephen Shattles was born on April 14, 1947, in Pasadena, Texas, to G. V. Shattles and Rena D. Russell Shattles. He served in the U. S. Air Force and worked at Romco Equipment.

Mr. Shattles is survived by his daughter Michelle Augustine and her husband, Clint of Cedar Park, Texas; brother, Danny Shattles and his wife, Bonnie of Gilmer; grandchildren, Emily, Shay and Ty Augustine.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
