Born on September 6, 1941, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, he died on Thursday, February 5, 2015. He was a retired veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife, Tammye Willoughby, three sons, Wade Willoughby and wife, Donna; Joshua Willoughby; Chris Walker and wife, Christi; one daughter, Misti Jahr and husband, Clint; eight grandchildren, Kaitlin Jahr, Nicole Jahr, Aron Jahr, Cody Walker, Dylan Walker, Gracie Willoughby, Kaylee Willoughby, and Abigail Willoughby.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cody Henry and Effie Bauchman Willoughby, and brother, Walt Willoughby.
