  • Enlisted as a private in the Confederate Army, serving in Co. F, 30th Virginia.
  • Married Sarah Abigail Lamb 5 Jan 1869;   two sons and seven daughters. 
  • Died 22 March 1912 
  • Buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Burnet.
