A photo of the Dalton School 1922-23. On the back of the photo it says: Mr. Owen Fant, teacher of Dalton School 1922-1923 and his pupils. My grandmother, Clara Mae Jarrett, and her family lived in the Dalton area when she was a small girl. She was born in 1915, Cass County. Many of her relatives are buried at Corinth Cemetery. There are also relatives from her mother's side of the family buried at Creekmore Cemetery. The Jarrett's, her father's family came to Cass County in 1881. the Wallace's, her mother's family, came in 1878.
