My ggg-grandfather, John HOLLINGSWORTH and my gggg-grandfather, William HOLLINGSWORTH were shown in the 1850 Cass Co. census. John and father, William, were born in England, emigrated to the US and married here. They moved to Cass Co. sometime before 1850, however they are not shown on the 1846 tax list. John's children married and settled there, as did their children. It wasn't until the 1930's that they left the Cass Co. area, a lot of them moving on to California.
