Mary Ann White daughter of John and Nancy White died at twelve years eight months, and two days on Feb. 2, 1859. Buried on the old Driver place or the R. M. Hanes place now owned by Mr. and Mrs. Lowery. Location is at the corner of Hillcrest St. and Hwy 250 in Hughes Springs.

Mary was the granddaughter of Mr. Rider who was killed in a fight in Hughes Springs. He too is supposed to be buried in the same cemetery as well as others but Mary's grave is the only one still marked.
